EWI is suitable for most cavity and solid-wall property types including 1940s–1980s semi-detacheds, terraces, and local authority housing. We assess suitability at the free survey stage and advise on the best system for your wall construction.
Can you combine EWI with other retrofit measures?
Yes. EWI works well alongside attic insulation, heat pump installation, and MHRV systems as part of a whole-home deep retrofit. We can coordinate with other contractors or advise on a phased programme that maximises your SEAI grant entitlements.
Do you provide BER certificates after installation?
Yes — all our EWI installations are completed with full BER documentation and a post-works assessment by a registered BER assessor. This confirms your improved energy rating and is required to claim SEAI grants.

Do you clean up and reinstate the site after installation?
Always. Scaffold removal, site clearing, and full reinstatement of garden areas, drainage, and utility boxes are included in every project. We do not consider a job complete until the property is handed back in full order.
