What types of properties do you work on?
We work across suburban family homes, rural sites, agricultural land, holiday properties, and commercial premises. Site access and ground conditions are assessed at every project — we adapt the foundation and delivery approach to suit the specific location.
Do you manage planning permission applications?
Yes. Where a project falls outside planning exemption limits, we work with planning consultants and architects to prepare and submit applications on your behalf. We have experience with both standard residential permission and one-off rural housing applications in Co. Wicklow and surrounding counties.
Can you provide structural warranties and compliance documentation?
Yes — all our builds include a structural warranty, insulation performance certificate, and a full handover pack covering materials, connections, and maintenance guidance. This documentation is important for home insurance, future property sales, and any planning records.
Do you handle both small garden rooms and large modular homes?
Yes. We're equally comfortable building a 15m² home office pod or a fully specified 80m² modular home. The same design, engineering, and installation standards apply regardless of size — we don't cut corners on smaller projects.
How do you price your work?
We provide detailed written quotes following a free site consultation. Pricing covers design, manufacture, delivery, installation, foundations, and service connections — clearly itemised so you know exactly what is included. No vague allowances that expand unexpectedly.
Do you clean up the site after installation?
Always. Ground reinstatement, removal of all packaging and construction debris, and landscaping of the immediate install area are included as standard. We don't hand over a job until the garden is back in order around the new structure.
