Do you provide written guarantees on all work?
Yes — all completed roofing works are backed by a written workmanship guarantee. Material warranties vary by product: natural slate and quality tiles can carry guarantees of 25–50 years, GRP flat roofs carry a 20-year material guarantee. All guarantees are transferable to new owners if the property is sold.
Do you handle both small repairs and full roof replacements?
Yes. We're equally comfortable replacing a handful of broken slates after a storm or managing a complete strip and re-roof on a large detached home. The same standards of site protection, safe scaffolding, and clean-up apply regardless of the job size.
How do you price your work?
We provide written quotes before any work begins. Pricing is based on the scope established during a roof inspection — no hidden call-out fees, no inflated materials markups, and no surprise costs once work is underway. What we quote is what you pay.
Do you clean up after the job?
Always. All old materials, broken slates, tiles, and packaging are removed and disposed of responsibly. Scaffolding is struck and removed as part of the job. We sweep the site and check gutters and downpipes before we leave. We do not consider a job done until the property is tidy.
